2 New Sales Planner Features

XRM Sales Planner adds new features to empower your team and increase their productivity.

XRM continues to achieve new levels of efficiency and functionality within its Sales Planner tool. The tool has always allowed users to manage all CRM tasks within one central location. However, two new features – customer modals and added enterprise support – are poised to make life even easier for sales associates, service advisors and BDC teams.

1.    Customer Modal

When a user needs to gather or view information about a customer, a modal will now be triggered on top of the page, as pictured below. This allows users to drill down into customer information without having to open another page. It also makes it easy to navigate between customers without losing the initial page. When necessary action has been taken or information has been obtained, users can simply click the “x” at the top of the modal to return to the original page.


2. Added Enterprise Support

Great news for users who sell between locations and for BDC departments that work for multiple stores. XRM is rolling out additional enterprise support that will allow them to see all events and to-do’s across any dealership on any given date. As shown below, this includes unread emails and text messages, unanswered internet leads, showroom visits, sales appointments and follow-ups. This snapshot of all activities will help them to better organize and prioritize their schedule for the day or week.
